Wow! I realized it has been a long time since I posted anything.  I'm not really sure what to say so I thought I would at least show some new pics.

Gabriel is now 11.5 lbs, nearly double his birth weight from a mere 6 weeks ago.  Life has been a bit of a whirlwind since his birth but God has been sooo good to us.

gabriel 007gabrielincarseatgabriel 015gabriel 019We welcomed the newest member of our family, Gabriel Jason on Thursday May 24th at 9:26pm.  He weighed 6lbs 3oz and was 18 3/4 inches long.  So far, he eats, poops, sleeps, pukes, kicks and punches.  We are so thankful for all of your prayers during the pregnancy and for God's favor during the delivery.

scan0001Greetings everyone!  It has been awhile since my last meaningful post.  The "Go Buckeyes!" didn't go very far; I am proud of what THE Ohio State University Basketball team did accomplish this season.

I just wanted to share a praise report.  As you may know my lovely wife is expecting our third child in June. We are currently preparing a savings account to cover maternity leave and it involves living on a budget.  Well the budget became challenged these last two weeks as Jennifer was called off from work for 20 of her scheduled 24 hours.  So we were looking at replacing 20 hours of pay.

God is good and faithful in all things though.  We gave our financial situation over to the Lord and put things in HIS hands.   God opened some doors at my place of employment and I was able to work 14 hours of overtime in the same time period, and God decided when it rains He pours.  My boss let me know on Friday that I had remaining unused vacation time from 2005 that was found during a company audit.  Somehow 10 hours of paid time are now at my disposal for use by the end of the month.  Praise God for His goodness.

I also have to give thanks to the Lord for a safe trip to Michigan to visit my Grandma, Aunts and cousins.  We were blessed with a great visit, too much good food, and good traveling weather.

Have a great week everybody!

God Bless!

Aaron

ps.  Say a prayer for the troops and for our entire governement leaders.  They need the Lord's help now more than ever.
